The 97 was the score I earned for making such a great meal. I really put myself out last night and grilled us up a delicious dinner. Oh how I have missed having a grill. We haven't had one for 2 years, just because we never got around to replacing our old broken one.
But now that I have one again......we are cooking on the grill!
Last night's menu was Grilled Blackened Mahi Mahi, grilled asparagus, and grilled eggplant.
It was incredibly delicious, perfect for my "special" diet, and you didn't feel overly stuffed after eating it.
Glad he liked it........we'll be doing it again sometime (I'm not even going to tell him what an incredibly easy meal this was to make)!
Yesterday was also spent at a Cancer fundraiser called Relay for Life. One of our special customers wanted some pizzas donated so his group could sell them for more donations to the event. He also gave a special invitation Zoney to hang out.
