We're not Millionaires

Back from Vegas, but we have no exciting stories to tell of BIG jackpots to tell you about.

We've been running at full speed since our return, but we found 10 minutes this afternoon to try and get everything done (finally) in the downstairs bathroom. 

Ta da.......here's a sneak peek at the (almost) finished product:

Jut a couple more things to do and then we'll be finished.  We love our new bathrooms!  In fact, we always say that when we walk in them they feel like they should be in another house and not ours.

Can't wait until we get the rest of this old house remodeled.   But of course.......Pizza Zone is first priority on our list right now.

I can't wait to find some time in the next couple of days to get my pictures on here.  I have to do it soon.......before I forget!

Getting the job done

To take off a few days means you have to work your butt off to get things done.

I started a "to do" list a couple of days ago so that I wouldn't forget anything:

 

Here's that list today.....had to add a couple of things to it......but it's nearing completion:

 

(I seriously have no idea why this wants to load upside down.....

maybe because that's the way I feel right now.) 

 

And then of course.......there's this cute little distraction!

I've even got a list started for when we get back.....too many things I can't forget to get done:

 

(so now this list wants to load sideways???????  Seriously.....strange things happening today)

See ya on the other side of our vacation.  But when we get back...............oh we have so much friggin work to get done to get that new store open (unless I win a million bucks and decide to retire there)

Wow!

I'm still here.

I still want to blog.

Time is just not my friend.

Busy with new location, remodeling, kids visit, catching up, getting my house back in order, and just plain busy-ness just makes it impossible to get it done.

I have so much to share, but no time right now.

I'll see what I can do before the end of the week.  Although, I have a trip to Vegas to get ready for...........

Funny story about this picture.....Paul stopped someone and asked him to take this for us.....after the picture we noticed he had a Bengals jersey on and we had just beat them.  Ha ha!
